Moved to MPACT as an electrician in the ‘early days’ and has risen to Operations Director on the strength of his ability to see opportunities and add value to a project. The time and effort he puts into contracts under his control is legendary and is the reason why most of our clients are repeat business.

Dean works closely with our Contracts Managers, Site Managers and Estimators on a daily basis. He is also the main point of contact for a growing number of our valued clients. From one of the ‘originals’ 10 years ago, Dean has progressed from his site role as an electrician through to his current position as a result of his dedication and willingness to adapt and innovate.

His attention to detail has ensured that our clients view him as indispensable to their projects and frequently seek him out just for advice. Back when he was a fresh-faced lad just out of school, Dean was awarded Apprentice of the Year 3 years in succession! We know what you’re thinking – we’re lucky to have him.

Over the years, Dean has been an integral part of MPACT’s growth and helped the business establish itself not just in Edinburgh but UK-wide.
