Previously responsible for small works but now more involved with ‘support services’ such as training, health & safety, IT, HR and marketing. Importantly for our clients, 2019 will be the start of our site audit and training programme where we ensure that we deliver on the promises we make.

Mike is in his 4th year with us originally joining as Operations Manager with responsibility for the small works requirements of our largest client.  His background is in small works having previously ran his own reinstatement business on behalf of insurance companies.

Prior to being appointed FM Director it is generally believed that he has had more job roles than anyone else. Having dropped the ‘FM’ from his title, he now oversees what we call our Operations Support Team. This includes our various compliance requirements as well as our site set-up and site management to guarantee that our clients receive the best of service.

Mike is a qualified personal trainer previously latterly working with Tranent Juniors FC where he met Matthew. He still helps out now and again with a local amateur side.
