Brief
The Agnes Husband House is a Grade ‘A’ office and retail/restaurant development spanning over 6 storeys, situated on the waterfront of Dundee overlooking the V & A museum. Working within this setting, in this case, being situated on a very busy road with high levels of vehicular traffic, meant that we needed to carry out the works in a way that enabled us to complete the project with minimal disruption to the surrounding areas.
The objective for the client was to deliver the project to a high quality finish that reflected the contemporary building that resides in ‘Scotland’s New Capital of Cool’. With this in mind we created a space that encapsulated the essence of the city.
Working closely with all involved, we were able to create an innovative and contemporary space that reflects MPACT, the designers, the client and the modern waterfront of Dundee.
