Considerate Constructors Scheme

The Considerate Constructors Scheme is a non-profit-making, independent organisation founded in 1997 by the construction industry to improve its image. Construction sites, companies and suppliers voluntarily register with the Scheme and agree to abide by the Code of Considerate Practice.

The Scheme suggests that ‘the construction industry has a huge impact on all our lives, with most construction work taking place in sensitive locations. If all construction sites and companies presented an image of competent management, efficiency, awareness of environmental issues and above all neighbourliness, then they would become a positive advertisement, not just for themselves but for the industry as a whole’.

MPACT Group Ltd are proud to have been registered with CCS for the past 8 consecutive years, allowing our company and sites to be monitored annually against the Code of Considerate Practices.

The scheme was designed to encourage best practice beyond statutory requirements within the construction activity and our willingness to take part and strive for improvement has allowed us to demonstrate to existing and potential new clients, our motivation to go the extra mile.

Seeing our scores continually improve since initial registration in 2014, has allowed us to not only grow as a business, but also make invaluable changes for the better to our sites, our employees wellbeing and to improve a more positive image of construction to the wider community.
