Attention to detail and the practical side of the business. Wants to head off into the sunset in his motorhome but for now, manages relationships with major clients at least two of whom have been with us since the early days.

Co-founder along with Matthew, it is a credit to Paul’s attention to detail and willingness to work as a partner with our clients that friendships have developed. He’s been invited to at least one wedding that we know of!

Paul is an electrician to trade with a wealth of key account experience behind him before deciding to take the plunge and become self-employed. As comfortable as he was with his employer, the desire to make his mark proved too strong. The result was MPACT.

Over the last couple of years, he has been able to delegate a number of tasks or utilise the services of a third party where appropriate. The upshot of all this is that he has been able to devote more time to his Joint MD role.

Over the years, Paul has seen the development of his partnership with Matthew through to the 65-strong workforce that the company is today.
